History
OriginThe Denkavit Group originated from a trading company dealing in raw materials for the compound feed industry and was established as long ago as 1929. In the fifties, Denkavit developed calf milk replacers based on skimmed-milk powder. Since the introduction of the first milk replacer for veal calf husbandry, many other new products have followed.
DevelopmentOver the years, Denkavit has accumulated a wealth of expertise in the field of formulas for animal feeds. Our know-how and experience, which are constantly growing, have resulted in a remarkably wide range of products, focused particularly on special feeds for young animals.
WorldwideThanks to the success of its products, the Denkavit Group has expanded into a concern active on the world market and has three other branches enterprises in the European Union, in addition to the parent company in Voorthuizen. What is more, Denkavit products are also manufactured under licence agreement both in and outside Europe. The Export Department, operating from Voorthuizen, is responsible for the worldwide sales of Denkavit products. A variety of milk replacers and piglet feeds are available in more than 40 countries all over the world.
ServiceThe Denkavit Group employs over 400 people. The care that Denkavit puts into the development, production and delivery of all its products is in the hands of a team of specialists who work both at the plants office and in the field. They provide buyers with the support they require to achieve the best possible technical and financial results.
